لم أستدل على عنوان الكتاب, لكنه يبدو أنه مخطوط منسوخ أو مكتوب بخط اليد, مكتوب بالصفحة الأولى :
و بعد فاني لما طالعت في سيرة والدنا أمير المؤمنين المتوكل على الله يحيى شرف الدين بن شمس الدين
لعل خبراء المخطوطات و الكتب يعقبوا على هذا الكتاب بمعلومات أكثر تسهل الوصول اليه و الاستفادة منه.
